Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to ship out my order?

All orders require a 5-7 days of processing. We understand and also hope these orders get to you ASAP!

Shipping Method

  • Flat items (eg. stickers and prints) will be shipped at flat mailers/envelopes
  • Any orders including charms, washi tapes, tote bags (non-flat items) will be shipped in boxes and is mandatory for tracked shipping.
  • If you wish to upgrade to tracked shipping with flat items, please reach out BEFORE placing any orders.

Damaged/Missing Parcels

If you noticed damaged or missing items, please contact via byjjac@gmail.com with your order number and video/unboxing proof! (has to be filmed from sealed condition to opening)
